Breydon Water Confirmation Crossing Times

Hello all. 

I just want to confirm I have this right to cross Breydon? (Just planning ahead) 

leave Acle to pass through Yarmouth at 12.30 on Wednesday and come back through Friday at 3pm. I have found a chart on line but just making sure this is kind of accurate. 

In gold gem boat so can limbo under Vauxhall ok.

Yep, times are correct. Slack water on Weds is 12.30 so I'd be inclined to leave Acle around 10 ish (11 miles approx) you should ride along very nicely on the ebb tide. Good luck!

A quick phone call to the BA at GY yacht station is always worth a call, as wind etc can change the time.

Although SW is posted as 12.34 it really isn't until about 13.00 if you want a really good push across Breydon.

I allow 2 hours from Acle to GHYS. With the flood you'll get a good 6mph throttled back, even on Neaps.
