I tey and do most of my own stuff and have become quite good at replacing random bits of my heating system.

 

Now though I need a builder to build an extension and knock a big hole in the wall which is a bit beyond me. It's going to be great fun.....

Griff, as you say recommendations are good, so I will mention a guy call Robin  who appears on here from time to time. I believe he has a stock of blue fenders. He may be able to lend them to you to attach to your van-they may save any further  scuffs etc.
