It’s an incredible story, the only downside being the Thai Navy SEAL who sadly lost his life. All credit to those involved in the rescue.

It just goes to show, that when brave people have the will, there are few lost causes. It reminded me of the Chilean miners in 2010, what seemed like an almost impossible rescue, happened through sheer  endeavour to help others. It gives you back your faith, that humankind can still do good things for each other...

I hope the last person out leaves a few sticks of dynamite on a long fuse in there. Saves anyone else getting stuck, leading to brave people having to risk all in another rescue.
