Anyone Been Pinged Yet

Seeing as the broads and all of it's facilities seem to be thriving, with the advent of some decent weather this week. Anyone that was there been pinged by the app

A friend of mine not on the broads put on Faceache, that he was isolating last week for 10 days, as he had come into contact with someone who had reported they had CV. Ten hours before his time was up, so 9 days and 14 hours in isolation. His app pinged again, to tell him he had been in contact with someone who had reported they had CV.

Another friend has just been pinged and told him thathe must isolate foronly 6 days, as he had been in contact, but! the message was 4 days late getting to him.

Is this app even worth the money we as taxpayers paid for it?

Surprisingly we have not been pinged yet.

We have been expecting it because we have been out in the van most weekends and had a week away in the Lakes a couple of weeks ago.

Its worth it if it helps stop Covid spreading! Jabs alone are not sufficient and they are no good at all if you don't, or refuse, to have them. Even if 10% don't have them its a lot of people!

Personally, for what its worth, I think everyone should have the vaccine, unless there is medical reason why not. I am fed up with people prattling on about personal freedom etc etc but we wear seatbelts in cars without a question these days and if by not having the vaccine you spread it to someone who actually dies as a result, be it on your conscience!!
