If anyone knows the owner of the white small yacht moored in ‘Rascals Bay’ on Barton they need to come and have a look at it. The mast is down and the sails dragging in the water.

If the rangers boat has been out recently from Irstead boat shed the BA should know about it, or do the winter patrols not look for this sort of thing?

Rangers do not patrol so much in the winter - they are out scrub bashing along with others who have multi function contracts.
