Breydon Crossing

Now the weather is improving , we have longer days, and the holiday season is approaching , I felt a timely reminder concerning Breydon bridge would be advisable:

Essentially make sure you have clearance under Breydon Bridge as works are continuing until September on the usual channel through and you have to pass under a different section ,if you look on the BA webpage there are details within 

edited to change to correct bridge

You mean Breydon bridge surely, anyone not sure what they are doing should be nowhere near haven bridge.

Yes, I'm sure CC is referring to Breydon Bridge, but the warning is very much welcomed. It does look rather confusing as you approach due to the scaffolding etc.

Essentially make sure you have clearance under the fixed portion of Haven Bridge as works are continuing until September on the lifting section , if you look on the BA webpage there are details within 

 

Wrong bridge unless sea going.
