  2. Nice to get a quick glimpse of you both,I thought you were Broads Rangers tucked in there with your radar gun. We did not go into the yacht station but done a complete circuit of the broad and back out again. The flag was on top of our AM/FM aerial, listening to radio Caroline. Hopefully will meet on the river again and have a chat.

Beer, pint of Wherry £3.40, selection of other bitters starting at £2.90. Must be one of the cheapest on Broads.

Sueh, your prayers answered, Flymo do a Robot Mower.
  16. Mojo, the calculation is 200 to 1. £200 fuel calculates £1 pounds worth of 2T. £100 fuel calculates to 50p worth.
  17. I have been looking at Paladin's calculation chart. When filling up I put in £100 worth of fuel so I will need to put in 50p worth of 2T. Does anybody know how much the 2T costs so that I can work out how much to put in.
  18. Sorry, I think I read it wrong, I was thinking you wanted another pipe to run alongside.
  19. John, plenty on e-bay "Flexible rubber tubing" or what about "Hose Pipe".
  20. "Murphy's Law"... if anything can go wrong.... itwill! Is this Ryan Air's mission statement?
  21. When reading the "Low Sulphur Diesel" thread two Quotes stood out to me. Paladin wrote "in the extremely unlikely event" The three words extremely unlikely event made me think, how many times do we go out for a carefree cruise on our boat, be it private or hire and put ourselves closer to the extremely unlikely event. He also wrote "if circumstances allow". We allow the circumstances to cause the extremely unlikely event. Such as - A chance that we may fall in the water, not wearing a life jacket. Ropes not stored correctly, rope around prop. This can go on and on. What are your thoughts?
  22. Thanks for all your feedbacks, my theory sounded too easy. Have now cancelled my visit to the patents office.
  23. As a regular reader of "The Forum" I was reading this topic and felt a little bit concerned about the "running away" issue. It seemed by the discussion that it was very hard to stop the engine when in this mode. Then a spur of the moment thought came to me which I thought may be worth sharing with you all. If this "running away" is such a major issue could a fuel cut off tap be fitted just before the fuel pump or between the fuel pump and the injectors. How long would it take to burn the fuel in the pipe before the engine cutting out? Or would my idea not be feasible. Over to the mechanics.
