In September we were in the Deli in Horning and we were told by a lad who was serving us, that the owner was selling the shop. He said a lady was interested in buying the shop. Can anyone tell us if the Deli has been sold or open / closed? We like going into this shop . Regards Marina

To this day I find it hard to walk through a field of cows and if there are bulls in the field then it is a no go . The moorings on the left going into Loddon I could not more there, as you would have to walk through the field where the cows are to get to Loddon . Regards Marina

Yes, I can say Alan was working when we arrived . The boat looks great and you now place what is going where. I love the shower / toilet room, nice sink in there . I saw in Anglia Afloat some time ago a Solar Light, but the site was in America. I checked with Brian Ward in Brundall, but they could not help. We saw a boat at Wamack with a Solar light on the hand rail on the bow of a boat. So once again, can anyone help me with this request please. Regards Marina

Well going back to the swim deck. Last year moored at Beccles we notice a hire boat had got grounded . The boat must have been moored on high tide, because while the owners were away ( which must have been a long time ) the boat had got their swim deck high and dry on the moorings . It took a good 6 men and quite some time to get the boat fully back in the water, without too much damage to the rear of the boat . Once again everyone pulled together to helped . Regards Marina

One other point to make regarding Blackwall Tunnel. They are saying to fund a new crossing over the Thames, Blackwall Tunnel could have a Toll . So there is no getting away from paying to get over the Thames and to us locals we all know what it is like to get thought Blackwall on a good day . So back to Dartford Bridge / Tunnel. The new company who you will be paying to is based in Leeds, not even local and yes all those working on the toll booths and in the office loss their jobs. Will we ever stop paying to travel over like we were told years ago? All I can say is watch this space . Regards Marina
