so on the one hand times are tough with yards closing or reducing the fleet along with a reduction in the toll multiplyer.

I think the good times will roll for a short spell of years. Dipping in the pension pot and from today bank and building society interest paid gross! 

But the day of reckoning will come. If some of the best actuarial brains can get it wrong, I personally don't think Jo Public has a hope in hell. And upgrading from Amber Gem 76 to Commadore 3 aint gonner pay that tax demand when it falls on the mat.
