Could Speed Cameras In Norfolk Be Collating Data?

Some Speed cameras are logging driver's speeding, but not all driver's are being prosecuted.

This site has details logged against each vehicle, Date, time, location, and speed, there is

also a photograph, so you can see who was driving.

It appears I have been logged, but I never got a ticket.

What worries me is, it placed my car in a location that I don't remember being in.
