Hi,All,Ordered the NBN cake from Lathams of Potter Heigham,but i will be on the boat next saturday,could someone who has a car at the meet please help by picking up the cake for me please? I will come with you to make sure its ok,Ta.

I may just pop in with my daughter on Saturday night as shes southern bound for Suffolk for a couple of days, but it all depends on how Bill is doing at this end, he still has his Kidney drains in, so cannot travel far from home, and needs someone home with him incase of any emergencies, but if i can be there then i will

The Birthday Bash will be held on Saturday 18th Sept 2010 at the Sutton Staithe Hotel, starting at 7.30pm.

Members will be able to turn up and order off the main restaurant menu, and pay on the night as they order, they are treating the games room as an extention of the restaurant for the night, but just for the use of our members.

I have organised seating for 26 people on the night as you can see we are filling up quickly so don't leave it too late..

We would like to ask for everyone to be seated by 7-30 pm at the latest. Thankyou.

We came from Somerleyton to Wroxham yesterday and it was a very long flog... I timed it to be at the Vauxhall bridges by LW +1.15 and we still had an ebb up the Bure unitl after Acle... despite the fact that at the Breydon bridge it was in flood already..........

Yes,John,Hopefully.. cannot worry about the wind too much otherwise you'd never go out in this country if you did.You know what its like in heavy winds John don't you,you have been to sea like me for quite awhile so know what to expect.At least on the river you can moor up somewhere and have a drink of something.

just a quick note,

it was nice to meet some old friends,

Broad Ambition was relaunched ok on sat thats why i was staying at the hotel,

Griff and co were behind with the snagging list so could not make sat night with me,

also ,

I won the prize for renaming the Freedom holidays new boat

so have won a free holiday.

very pleased you all had a good bash,hope to see you all again soon.

Good to see you again Roy-why didn't you come through and join us for a beer-it would have been good to catch up.

On the same subject why didn't you come for a beer Andy as you were somewhere around on the Ant-you could have come in on Sunday & watched Man Utd wallop Liverpool with Barry & I-Mags was not best pleased as she supports Liverpool even though she comes from Stafford-a "Plastic Scouser"-and before anybody has a go at me I am a genuine "Red"-born 4 miles from Old Trafford .
