JanetAnne Posted October 6, 2020 Share Posted October 6, 2020 I think that if the outboard has its own combined tank and electrics then it is a standalone unit and exempt ( aka Seagull etc) but when the electrics and fuel systems are separate from the engine and are within the boats hull itself then those systems become part of the boat and a bss is required. 3 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
