Looks like someone does not know their councils - Wroxham is in Broadland District Councils area & they are not a Highways Authority though sweep the streets & put up the street name plates ( Hoveton on the other side of the river is in North Norfolk & is host to Roys of Wroxham just to add to the confusion ) Roll on a Unitary Council.
