Going upstream approaching Ludham Nightmare, I mean bridge, I see three boats on the run up.

so I dutifully slow as a hire goes through, then a day boat, packed with people, arms everywhere holding phones. 
Then it just stops. 
At the exit of the bridge. 
The boat behind it slams into reverse as I do but the current and wind play merry hell. 
It’s all I can do to avoid a small craft moored to right in the boat yard. 
Much shouting from me to move the boat as it’s not really a good place to stop for a selfie. 
or words to that effect. 
I hate ludham.

We used to like Ludham Bridge:-  Mid-February.....

Any other time it was very early or very late! Probably of all the times we passed through 25 to 30% was on Navigation Lights.

I love it myself, just the hussle and bussle of the place in the summer. Yes, there are challenges but in 40 years I can't think of a major issue.
