There's a lot more info on the Facebook page...

But for those who don't...

The parade leaves Womack in daylight. Lights up just before Potter and then returns to Womack

There are car parks at Ludham and Potter Heigham. £5 for parking

There will be music and dancing at Potter and a Band playing on Womack Staithe.

That is a shame for me, I shall be returning to my roots in The Chilterns that day because the sacred day of The Kop Hill Climb is one week earlier this year.

Not sure why, but it is on a public road.

For anyone who wants to watch, the Womack moorings are not available for the whole day. The Womack dyke moorings will be busy, but the parade will pass by twice, once unlit and once lit. There is no trip round the back of the island as it was too hazardous.

A few boats can mud weight on Womack, but space will be very limited so id get there very early

Potter Bridge should be closed so that is a great place to watch, as well as the banks around

Womack Staithe will be busy
