  3. Yes people all think that batter is going to be very heavy but that is the lightest batter you could ever make , i'v been making it for 40 years and everyone that comes and eats it with me wants to no how to make it so that speaks for its self ...

Hello Hylander , I have just filmed a Vlog on how to make pakora it will go up not this week but next , pakora is made all most the same way , so if you weight and watch that Vlog you will see how its done . I would even do a special Vlog just for you on how to make onion bhaji's not a problem I will do it this Saturday if you want let me no as they are so easy to make hope this helps you ...

  10. One thing to watch out for is after 40 minutes the chicken will be done but just check the shallots sometimes they need another 10 minutes sometimes they don't but enjoy it ... ...

  16. You will never look back Basmati Rice is delicious there is no better rice out there ...

The second way is 1 full mug of rice will easily feed three people , first use a large pan 3/4 fill it with water add salt bring to a rolling boil , then add rice and stir let it come back to the rolling boil lid on leave it for 10 minutes stir it a couple of times , after 10 minutes stain in to a colander put some water back in the pot bring it to the boil , put colander on top of the pot lid on the top of your colander allow it to steam for 5 minutes and it's ready to go , you can leave it longer if you want to hope this help you ...
  18. Hey there Hylander yes if you start it in a oven proof pan it could go in a low oven with a lid on but I would have a look at it after bout 40 minutes I think that would do it . I have done it but it was a long time a go I can not really remember but yes it would work ...

Yes I could not agree more , now I mean this in a nice was , the staff there have been there a lot of years there no spring chickens , it's like a family run yard it's not easy for older people to re settle some of them are very late fifties , what ever are Richardson's up to as I said it is just very sad ....
  22. Hello all I have some very very sad news at the end of the season Moonfleet will be no more , I really can't believe it what a loss to the Norfolk Broads . As you all know we have had quite a lot of work done on The Corsican there and I really can not fault the service we have received from all the staff at Moonfleet what a great bunch , and I for one will miss all of you very much . I just can't speak any higher the work is always fantastic , they are so accommodating bend over backwards to help you , in fact it is like a family I think of them as my friends , good luck guys hope you all sorted out real shame !!! ....
  23. We have a 32 inch 12 volt television DVD combination With USB connectivity I have 135 gig pen stich rammed full of films T.V. Comedy and not forgetting my Star Track I pop it in the USB port on the T.V. and watch away no leads no DvD player no blue ray play no giant pile of disks so easy... ...
