Yes another tough year for everyone. Let's hope we all have a happy and peaceful Christmas and New Year .

So in January 2014 at the London boat show ,we had just got in someone asked if we would like to enter a drew for a trip to Londonderry. We weren't sure,a woman replied its free to enter, just need your email.We brought some bits for the boat enjoyed the day went home.A few weeks later Marina had a call from them telling her she had won an all expenses trip to Londonderry. So in June we flew to Belfast, included saw the Beach boys in concert,they were brilliant. Went on a guided tour of Londonderry, visited the clippers all moored on the Irish stop.The city had a boat,tagged Londonderry, Derry ,Legendary. The trip was organised by the Londonderry, Derry tourist board. Must say before we went,we were both a little nervous, needed have worry the whole trip was lovely the people were great.Can highly recommend a trip to Londonderry, Derry. So back home ,working in many units large and small. Tips Don't forget to allow meat to come up to room temperature before cooking.So a turkey may take a few hours.For joints of meat sit on a bed of onions garlic carrot and or celery 🌿 herbs this will help with the gravy.Do as much prep as possible that will help no end on Christmas day,and get other members of the family to help.Happy Christmas. 2015,things start to go south for me.

Yes each year, there's always ex hire boats for sale.Indeed Sweetkingfisher is ex hire.Cost us a few Bob over the years but that's what was expected.

My post wasn't a yoke In the face mask post.You said you are a Broads Ranger.Therefore they have lots of experience on boating and the broads.They can help.Other advice posted given is very good.

Just found out,we Raised £3877.64 at the Christmas Market, together with £6613.56 for Santa runs and a donation from John Lewis of £901.76. This was the most they've raised in a December. The new boat is Sea Weaver,named after a local lady Sue Weaver.She has raised a considerable amount of money over the years in aid of the Lifeboat station.

Fair enough but again my post was in support of Hemsby Lifeboat not the RNLI. That aside in 12 years I have helped raising funds for the RNLI .They did ask if I would help locally as we now live in Martham. I said I would be more then happy to help them However to date no one has confirmed how I can help.

Just a reminder my post was in support of Hemsby INDEPENDENT Lifeboat. Not the RNLI.It was a very successful and enjoyable weekend.Not sure how much in total we raised, I will find out and post here.

I'm looking forward to next season,and very much hope Lewis gets title number eight.Which I'm sure he will do.

For me it's the food as well as the beer.So the last 3 odd years the food was nothing to write home about.I like good pub food,such as The ferry house Surlingham, and in the past The Ship Reedham.Then first rate pubs,Both Whitehorse pubs Chegrave and Neatishead, Lion.To name but a few.Quite like the Falgate, Potter.

Used to very much like going to the ship.Not be there in the last 3 odd years.

Fo sure this season has been much closer then many in the last few years.That said,I think the rules should looked at before next season.More clarity, perhaps go back to basics. However Mercedes and Lewis made mistakes this season,that needs sorting out.Will Lewis come back.YES,for me one of the greatest drivers ever.Will he get number eight YES.Roll on next year.

Not long home,a good weekend.Dont know how much we all raised yet.My bit booking in children to see Santa,we raised nearly £400.This was there first Christmas Market. Today thankfully not as cold.I enjoyed helping out and will help them whenever I can. A few photos:He wants to see Santa.The new boat at sea.

I won't make comment.However all my life I've tried to help in the best way I can to many charities. In recent years the RNLI and the Poppy appeal. I also donate to a number of other charities. Now that we life close to Hemsby I will help them when I can. The RNLI have contacted me,so I hope to help them when I can.
