Also the size of your tank, if you use fresh water or river water for toilet flush , electric or manual toilet/s and the efficiency of your water pump. We used to go just about a week on a full tank with 2 of us on board showering every day plus FW toilet flush. We really noticed the increase in water consumption when we had to replace the FW pump. Then again when we changed over to electric toilets 😳

They are pretty used to it. It's like a well oiled machine and pretty impressive to witness 👍

Totally off topic but a little tale from my seagoing time. Two of our sister ships were tied up alongside each other in Aberdeen. The second mate off ship #1 returned on board after a night ashore to find a man sleeping in his bed in his cabin. A bit upset and turfed out the man from his bunk.😲 The man in berth #1 was most upset and was the second mate off ship#2 who then promptly skipped across to ship #2 and got into the bed in ship #2 's second mates cabin. In the morning man #2 got up and went to make a coffee only to find the coffee maker was not where he expected it to be 😳 There are always subtle differences even in the closest of sister ships. Yea you have already guessed it 2/0 #2 was turfed out of his bed by 2/0 #1 I was Chief Mate or C/O on ship #1 but we had to swap places with ship #2 during the evening when everyone else was ashore and only me and the duty watch were on board #1 and likewise for #2. 😁 Ship happens 😲

Why ??? Manchester City played for 2 seasons without a No 9 since Sergio Auguro left They didn't too badly 😁 This year they have probably the best striker in the world and are in danger of not retaining the title 😳 Having said that I wish Frank Lampard all the best I always thought he was a top player and is also a top manager

I find Indian Restaurants difficult to recommend as sometimes a change of Chef can make a huge difference. The only one I had found totally reliable is Labone at Oulton Broad. Used to be a big fan of Dilraj at Loddon until a change of Chef. Likewise Oasis at Stalham was pretty reliable until a recent Chef change 😣

Unfortunately it looks like we have very different tastes 😳 Was in the Merchant last month and it has done nothing to improve my view of restaurants in Norwich.
