No laws to my knowledge, but Timbo is our expert. As part of TOS we have no naming or shaming. Others have different rules. You agreed ours and we reset all auto logins when we changed the TOS and you all had to agree them. So please follow them. You have expressed your opinion and it has been noted Neil. If anything has happened to another boat then please report it to the authorities and boatyard or PM them if known.

Your are entitled to that opinion Neil. Under the TOS however you are not entitled to name and shame.

Please be civil when you all post if not then the moderators will have no option but to put some on preauthorisation to ensure that you are! This is not an option that they take lightly or enjoy, but they will do so if necessary to maintain the forums standards. it is more than possible to disagree whilst being civil...... we have some excellent examples on the forum :)

Just read through this lot. Dummies, Prams and Preauthorisation springs to mind. our Moderators are not biased in any way. They do an excellent job under difficult and frustrating circumstances not helped by a range of different opinions and Egos under pressure. Please be considerate of other people and their views. There is no need to be aggressive or rude.
