Thanks for that link Perry,unfortunatly mines not a flush fitting type,its a tube rising up from a flange thats fixed to the deck with four bolts and threaded at the top for the cap and looks to be made out of some king of brass or alloy,definatley old though Andy

How do,i did a daft thing when down on the boat this weekend,as i was checking my fuel level i inadvertently knocked my filler cap into the drink,doh! after dragging a landing net around the area for a while i gave up,now does anyone one know where i could find a replacement cap as i dont really want to go to the trouble of fitting a complete new filler The old one was probably the original one and probably no longer made any ideas? kadensa,you wont go wrong with one of richos boats and rio looks like its been recently done up so i think you might really enjoy your holiday on it,boat yard service is spot on and the boats are always clean,as we moor our boat in richos yard we see the staff working really hard on turn round days and do well to sort out the boats with the size of the fleet they have Andy

The boat has 240v on it but running the engine on a mooring to charge the batteries seems a waste of fuel Andy

Hello Mark i once wired a plug up! No if i have it fitted it will be a boatyard job,somwhere very close to where its moored! But we are just weighing up if its worth having at the minute Andy

Fitted the bow roller last weekend (bank holiday weekend) easy peasy only took me an the lad 1 hour to do sorry to all those moored at fleet dyke last saturday as there was a fair bit of huffing and chuffing when i got my head stuck in forrard locker underneath the bow area where we fitted the bow roller Andy
