Jupes
Big 'up' to Senator and Mariotech for putting the weekend together. We had a fantastic time, on the salty bit and the non-salty bit. Great company and really looking forward to doing it again.

What do you mean teasing I thought about streaming a live video of the run to Yarmouth but would that be pornography or blasphemy. Happy Jax 3
Well back home for a day, started fitting the kitchen and just sat down to post up some pictures of the Salty Bottom Easter Meet. But first both myself and Lou would like to say a special thanks to Ian & Jonathan for organising the event and what an event it was. It was great to catch up with old friends and make new ones. Glad to see you found us on the NBN Robert, Rebecca & Mason. I sense a Sealine section of it's own developing on here. Thanks also to Andy (Notorious) for getting us through Somerleyton Bridge so swiftly. Lets start with some pictures. Happy Jax II tucked up in Oulton Broad Y S. You can also see Alan & Maggie's boat Sandpiper (Boycee) 2 boats along.Crackerjack & Clandestine moored on the outside.Mutford Lock before the onslaught.Sea Gem early morning on the day to go salty side.Sea Hunter all ready to go.As well as Serenity. All hovering around in the wind waiting for our lock slots.More to follow soon when we are lowered down into the briney.
Happy Jax 3
Made it through the lock and out on the salty stuff. Crackerjack, Binky and Relentless went on the first shift, then we had a lock all to ourselves. mind you we were able to lower our canopy so the road bridge didn't have to be lifted straight away. Didn't want to upset the locals too much. Lake Lothing on what turned out to be a glorious moring, you can see some other salty bottoms of our fleet catching up. Waiting for the bridge too open. Crackerjack in her glory.Being blown around waiting for MBird & Crew and Trevor & Sue to catch up for the bridge lift. Stand by for the next installment when we go out beyond the harbour walls. Happy Jax 3
After a walk up onto the South Pier to take a look at the sea state Myself, Jonathon & Mark made the decision it was a go!! It was approximately a half metre wave height. Little bumpy but good experience for Mark's first venture out. Thanks to Jonathon & crew for taking out Lou and the boys on Crackerjack who were also joined by Wayne, Tracey & kriste. I joined the Mbird crew on their maiden voyage. Well, out of the harbour into what only can be described as a fairly lumpy sea. It had chopped up in the short time from our original checks. That's the North sea for you. Le Grand Cru following us out Sea Hunter looking splendid on top off the waves.Sea Hunter not on top of the waves. Crackerjack at home in the conditions. Le Grand Cru climbing the waves.Clandestine, well Ian being Ian being chased by Luke in Relentless.A couple of Binky Back in the Harbour of the RNSYC and Phil & Carron line up the glasses for some NBN Salty Bottom celebrations. Can you spot the cork? The final instalment on it's way soon.

Jupes laying down the ground rules. And their off. Can't you find any more eggs Harry Let's have a divvy upAnd of course there is always a 'SPECIAL' one , Luke you just can't help yourself, it's such a shame you have that fixed expression. The Mbird crew jumping ship. And finally back through the lock and invade the Waveney River Centre.Happy Jax II pretending to be a Sealine. A great time had by all, can't wait until the next one.
