Popped in saturday pm to have a wee snoop, seem nice enough people with good intentions, had a beer but the cold stuff wasn't on so shared a pint with the mrs (not a fan of the beardy/sandals type real ale stuff).

Good luck with the venture, get that pub open, and don't let the land owner screw you over.(you know his reputation)

A taste for 'the real ale stuff' will materialise, given time!
