I had booked commander b with hoseasons which it has on my booking, however they now say it’s commander a. I booked b as it was brand new in 19 which website now says for ‘a’ but it already has reviews? Any ideas? I think ‘b’ had a different layout

As has been said, all three models appear on the Hoseasons site under separate booking numbers:

Commander (Built 2017) BH2417

Commander A (New for 2019)  BH2544

Commander P (P for pets allowed - built 2017) BH2470

Commander A is showing availability for 3 nights from the 13th April so it sounds like it's already/about to be in service.

Can't say I remember a Commander B.

The layouts do look different between the Commander variants on the website, but I don't know if they actually are in practice - One shows the sliding side door on the stbd side which seems unlikely. Only Richardson's can confirm though @C.Ricko

Commander and Commodore have different layouts (island double vs scissor berths in the forward cabin).

Hi

As David has stated above there are three Commander types according to the Richardson's website Commander, Commander A and P. I am also fairly certain the two new builds for 2019 are ready as I saw Commander 5 in the yard a week or so back outside the office. no.1 & 2 were built in 17, No. 3 in 18 and 4/5 in 19. I am not sure whether any more are planned as I believe a new sedan boat is due later in the year.
