Dear old Parge, I can do you a dessert, an Eton Mess with a difference. Meringue, strawberry's, cream and other ripe seasonal berries such as raspberry's and cherry's. Mix all together and then garnish with cucumber and beetroot 

I still have no clue as to why my kids won't eat it
