Actually Howard, you are right! To be exact, the photo is taken from a wild mooring on the right hand side of the river going towards Geldeston almost at the junction where one way goes to Rowan Craft and the other to The Locks. You can see a small area of riverbank with some trees overhanging and a very large bed of nettles over which you need to get your stern rope! It is a wonderful spot, very quiet and with a footpath to Geldeston and The Wherry Inn. Never a bling boat in sight. But please don’t tell anyone! 🤫

Bit like doing a pub quiz, the first answer is often instinctively right and then if you start wondering it's often wrong! 

The water looked too still and too much vegetation for the Yare. 

Bit surprised with the speed though, always assumed it was less through there!
