Hipperson's Diesel price for GTL which has a higher Cetain rating and longer shelf life is  £1=68 Lt for 60/40 split.    toilet pump outs are 1= outlet £18=00  2= £23=00 and  3= £28=00 as of 2/4/22. John

We will be using Boulter's for our fuel and pump outs now we are based at Horning, assuming they have stock, they are currently asking people to phone them rather than just turning up.

I would think that a higher cetane rating may benefit the high performance turbocharged engines with direct injection etc, but I can’t imagine it would be of much benefit to my Nanni 50hp.

Shelf life would be the bigger benefit, that said half the fuel in my boat was bought in 2019 but it has had regular dose ups with marine 16 stabiliser and bug killer, crucially just before each lockdown.

I filled up on Wednesday at Swancraft (Shadow Boats) at Brundall and the cost was £1.55 a litre for 60/40 split

Pump out was £18

I rang prior to attending and booked a slot, to which Paul provided an excellent service and was a great help

They are my go to place in Brundall

Hi Smoggy That means it has cost more than the pump price.John   Mouldy higher cetain means better starting and less knock and less carbon build up and cleaner injectors. At the end of the day your engine you ay the bills. John
