ooh that might mess up Griffs return to the wet shed if they dont get it fixed soon, though he might squeeze under the bridge if the lock is still operational.

According to info posted on FB, it will remain unable to open over the Bank Holiday weekend, although the lock is working as normal.1A92169C-2D1B-41FD-87A8-7150D27DE5C6.thumb.jpeg.24be977b95d73bab8addf34dc3bfc397.jpeg

Im guessing that a few peoples plans may be affected for the long weekend.

WX charts look benign later in week for a short sea passage to Yarmouth if she won't fit under.

Griff will get under no problem at the right tide.

The road bridge has developed a hydraulic issue which is not allowing it to close normally after being raised. Because it may need to be in the raised position for extended periods for the work to be carried out, that work will be done overnight after the holiday weekend.

In the meantime the lock is, I believe,  operating normally for those that fit under the road bridge.
