Officially 4 but on notice for a downgrade.

Totally overhauled processes and the kitchen area to achieve the 5 which required closing the kitchen for a week for the new floor.

When we visited The Dog a few weeks ago, they were in the throes of a major kitchen refit. Since they don't do food over the winter, I am not entirely convinced of the relevance of an assessment performed last October.

In any case, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
