I phoned WRC,they will contact me.The boat that hit us,came said sorry and will take responsibility. He admitted that he tried to disengage the steeing.Not the place to do so.

About 20 minutes ago a stupid idoit came in to the YS hit us and the boat next to us.Of course I told him how stupid he was "I wasn't going fast he said".It was one of those wedge shaped boats from The WRC.Just spoken to the yard they will call be back.Marina thinks he was trying to re engage the steering. Not the place or time to do so.

No it's fine.We topped up fuel and pump out yesterday. No problems.

Now at Beccles, tomorrow Loddon,Sunday The ferry house.Home Monday.

Think the Indian is shut.Thai very good or walk over the bridge restaurant on the right.I think the Hotel is very expensive for what it is.Good for a drink and people watching though.

We got into Oulton 16.25.Rain,sun,rain,sun all along the way.would have got here sooner if it wasn't for Sommerleyton. The bridge was 8 feet.I requested the bridge to open, but had to wait 25 minutes ,until they opened it.Still heating on now and a little Scotch. Around Hadley a brooms hire boat heading for Brundall called out my name.Not sure who it was.Photonof a boat many will know.

Just come through the Dartford tunnel. Very busy.I booked a moorings yesterday at Oulton should be there 3 or 4 o'clock.

Best to top up water every other day.Pumpout depends If I'm on the boat for two weeks,tend to pump out three times. Mooring just take it slowly. It gets easier with practice.

Had my scan yesterday ,may have results tomorrow or Friday.Was going up to the boat today.Will go up instead tomorrow. Weather doesn't look great but just take it as it comes.

Haven't heard that joke before!

What may help is, if theres a reliable marker at the bridge.Often the marker doesn't show the true height of the bridge.

Just had a phone call from the hospital. Theres a cancellation. So now will have a scan tomorrow afternoon, instead of next Monday.Hopefully get results by the end of the week.We will go up to the boat Wednesday now.

My head is the least of my problems .My main concern is my lungs.I just want to get whatever treatment required.

We are back up to the boat tomorrow,until Friday or Saturday .Hopefully no mishaps this time.Hope to get to Oulton and Beccles ,perhaps Loddon and The Ferry house. I've got a PET scan next monday.This will probably be our last trip this year sadly.Had hoped to have another trip but I may need further treatment and Marina may have a op on her wrist. Will be good to have a few hopefully stress free days.I will post some picks.
