Well it could be Bridge Broad, just upstream from Wroxham ... but I have not been there for a few years!

It's an artificial lake created in Eaton Park, to the west of Norwich, in the grounds of the University of East Anglia. Quite a long way from a "river confluence" but there we are. . . .
