Sorry Trev but don't think it was ever an MTB, there was something near it that resembled one but don't think it was, to be fair I wouldn't really know either way as I'm not that clued up on these old beasts.

Apparently she was ex Swedish navy and was a fast missile attack boat.

The previous boat, from the early 70s, was an old lightship but before her, from 1946 onwards, the "Lord Nelson" was an MTB, an ex Fairmile class D.
