Yes that's all that's left of the house next to the waterworks near Horning. I always thought that they had built the new house very close to the old but they were probably always  planning to knock it down once the new one was built.

I'm waiting to see the first occupants of the hot tub! Not sure I'd like to be in full view of passing boats full of tanked up crews.

A friend of mine ( well,  more business colleague) bought the original house that is now a pile of rubble in the 80’s from the the water board. He got a bargain because of the location! (ie next to water pumping station). The new owners have certainly developed the site to its full potential. I’d be happy with the boat house!

It’s certainly a head turner, hope they enjoy 😊
