Another Boat Toilet Question

I have a vacuum cassette toilet,I removed from my old cruiser before it was sold,

I kept it as it was nearly new and very expensive at the time.

Its been in storage for maybe ten years.

are these type of loos out of vogue nowadays,?

someone suggested to me that they are troublesome, is this true?

it may be of use when I find a boat ,if not I’ll sell it,if it has any value?

I have the full kit,would just need the pipework assuming it still works

Any cassette toilet on the broads are problematic as there are not many places to empty them.
