The 'up' Arrow

Is it only me that misses the 'Up to top of the page' arrow that used to appear?  IIRC it used to show itsen at the bottom right of any given page

I used it a lot and thought it was very handy, its been missing in action far ages now 

Was it ever there?

Am I imagining it?

no, its not your imagination, if i knew enough to make it come back, I would, but i dont, it disappeared right after one of the updates, so obviously they stopped supporting that function (or have a different way now too make it show.)

NB if you are on a computer, you can hit the home button and that will take you to the top of a page.

It's a pity really - it was one of the very few pieces of IT that I had actually found out how to use.  So, as they say in Norfolk - hatta start agin!

It disappeared after the last update as it was not supported. It was something Old Greg added a few years ago.

I just found the tab key may take you back to the top of the page too.

My tab key takes me straight back to the Safari "favourites" page.

Yes unfortunately there was a problem with it that caused one of the recent updates to fail, so we've had to remove it.

I'll have a look to see if there's a more recent replacement, as it is a handy feature.

@BroadAmbition You may need to clear your browser cache before you see it (or wait a week), but the 'return to top' button is now back.
