Hello Howard and Mrs Howard,  welcome back to the Broads.     One of my favourite moorings Hardley Cross.   As you say when other boaters are not around a chance to run your engine, however, I think this is supposed to be Summer,  a bit hit and miss at the moment though.

Heading up there shortly Mr Smoggy sir :default_beerchug:

Mrs Nog is ready for the gins, they have a good selection.

BTW does your mate Tolly kick out early of an evening?

He doesn't generally kick out at all if you're still drinking, as long as you can put up with his dog Brandy in the bar, she's a sweetypie.

I take it the reedcutter is on the list then.

If you get near the ferryhouse over the weekend say hi.

Looking at options :default_biggrin: glad he's not one of the closing early brigade!

Don't think we'll have time to do the Ferry this time sadly but cracking pub

Line up in the Angel

Me and Ole Marge like the Angel since it reopened.

Kindest Regards Marge and Parge

Lovely place, very friendly and helpful, beer was spot on and Mrs Nog romped among the gins. Very enjoyable afternoon. :default_beerchug:

Dukes head springs to mind but doesn't fit your last location and times.

You're right on there Mr Smoggy sir, Dukes Head it is. Beer spot on, great gins and most importantly didn't boot us out early :1311_thumbsup_tone2:

What do you call early? Was the sun coming up?

Ha, ha! Not too bad, we were advised last orders was 10.30 but as usual we were the last in the pub. We weren't pushed out by any means but we left just after, very happy, Mrs Nog enjoyed the St Giles gins and the Grain 316 was going down a treat. Good pub :default_beerchug:

Headed to Recruiting Sargent, much better and better choice of beer too

I just wrote on the bridge height thread I’d spotted Tower Bridge in Hoveton. Of course, it was at the end of the Coltishall Common moorings. You certainly put in the miles.
