I think it might have been around 1984. The planning application to convert it into 2 private dwellings was 1996. Apparently the old pub sign can still be seen hanging in The Fat Cat at Norwich.

My guess is the Fur and Feather. It’s not a bad day for the walk up from the moorings. Unless they’ve headed for the carvery at the King’s Arms at Womack Water. 🤔

That's what I thought.  Been there by car but not walked from the moorings.  Wherever - Its only 6 minutes to opening time.  Must get to the pub!

I think if it was me I'd be tempted with The Fur and Feathers, followed by a walk to the rather good Stag, then an evening meal in the excellent Salhouse Lodge.

Actually John has recommended the Stag. I will try it but may not have time today but definitely in May
