C.Ricko
Hi,the big phase of work is just about done now as the final tarmac is going down, we have filled quite a few spaces while work was going on but there are some spaces still available, the original minimum 35 ft charge has been kept in the main basin as there is a large amount of space to manoeuvre But we have NO MINIMUM CHARGE in the new basin (Beach moorings)£61/ft per year inc VATthere are some spaces allocated for 14 foot beam boats too .. All moorings have electric and water, ample car parking, showers, toilets available.. We provide all marina services too.. Don't forget our Breakdown service £120 (incVAT with FREE fouled propellor insurance and Breydon towing service.. we also have the following at Stalham.1 x wet shed mooring.2 x 'golf' mooring (jetty but no electric)1 x mooring with electric and water..

C.Ricko
yes but only for boats with a northern rivers mooring we are happy to attend craft not in our scheme, (as we often do) north or south but charges apply..
Hockham Admiral
Thanks, Clive, then I guess it won't appeal to us "Southerners".

C.Ricko
Mr Plant, The dyke was to be cleared when the piling was done but the contractor went to another job for us, we hope to have him back in the next few weeks to tidy the entrance up.. Swordfish,The plan is to supply visitor moorings but they are not ready yet. should not be long,,

C.Ricko
Hi,Just thought I would mention that we refund mooring fees if people decide to have a swap about.. , it seems not many other moorings do but we are a friendly bunch so perhaps we can help make a change..
