Also had a few bottles of Tuborg Elefant beer. 7.2% and very drinkable too. Very dangerous stuff.

read the tasting notes ..... not very strong, quite fruity and easy going. If I were brewing something called Jenny Morgan it might not be quite like that, more "a touch on the strong side, slightly bitter with a dry feel, dark chestnut with a pronounced head and mellow, malty aroma"? :naughty:

Full marks to Green Jack though, a fiver for each cask sold being given to the Wherry Trust, well done! cheersbar

Hi, due defference, Kings Head not a Green Jack pub, owned by Humpty Dumpty directors but they put some good beer on. Jenny Morgan been around for a year or two, it's superb stuff, Wish it was more readily available :-)
