SteveO
Anyway, back to the thread. We have just returned from the Hop Fuzz brewery at West Hythe in Kent, where we sampled a very unusual draft pale ale called Bullion Bomb. Light in colour and very hoppy with fruity overtones. The name suggests that Bullion hops were involved in the brewing process, which is unusual in itself, as these are more often associated with darker beers. The brewery pub opens for limited hours and is a "no-frills" establishment in an old industrial unit. No frills means low overheads too. I bought a pint and a half of this excellent brew and got substantial change from a £5 note. Definitely the way to go. Steve
