  5. And you don't have to wait too long at the bar, Howard!
  6. Well said, Paul! The moorings at Herringfleet are a point in question... with a stiff ebb facing me and a 6mph limit I'd have to be at displacement speed to get anywhere near that limit... that would give a truly horrendous wake, but be legal........... I find that when passing moorings if I just pull the revs back to 1200 my wake all but disappears.
  7. And here's the gen: http://www.boatsandoutboards.co.uk/moto ... -32-BRS024
  8. Thanks, David.. I just asked him about her and here's his reply: Thanks JR..some good info..sounds like a good old girl then. It is to be used to live on for my 9 days off every month. Our daughter lives next to Bates Wharf marina in Chertsey and we plan to spend the time with her to see our little grandson. The boat is lying in Worchester ,,Upton-upon-Severn. It has osmosis and the guy has dropped the price to 9000 due to this.It can be used as is .Interior still looks great.76 model with Volvo MD21 pentas. We weighed up the costs and too expensive to transport our classic up from the Med so decided to look for another boat to keep in the UK for our visiting purposes and to enjoy some inland exploring.
