  1. This is pretty much how I understood the pub`s new name to come about. http://www.broads.org.uk/wiki2018/index.php?title=Style_Details&style=BmCom2-H .
  2. I am sure you have. Clue: Think more on water than in air.
  3. I would say that was down to the locals judging by the cars in the car park.
  4. Remember it is owned by a charity, the council are trustees.
  5. That all depends on what you tell them without breaking any rules.
  6. What services, goods including food deliveries can be sent to the mooring, I havent used credit since I was in my twenties except on property as dont believe in it. Dont HSBC do a no address bank account now or is that solely for the homeless. Bend the rules, dont break them.
  7. Keep existing address and use the PO redirection service, cheap enough for personnel but expensive for a business.
  8. There are ways, family member who can scan and email any letters to you, pay peope to do this for you or have a post office box where you can collect any mail from a local post office.
  9. I read that as for four days, please tell me Im wrong.
  10. Is that because you dropped the sausage? Oh sorry, sausage in batter you mean
  11. Swancraft in Brundall is £1.85.
  12. Is that an example of how much BA pays a landowner? If so then little wonder there are so many no mooring signs.
  13. Know of a tidy Sealine 34,, comes with all the bells and whistles on the roof and enough paperwork to use as a pillow. Moorings offering all services on southern waters can be offered.
  14. Im thinking the heater controller wont be far away from the heater its self.
  15. The bonnet has been pimped so they may leave that behind.
  16. Perhaps someone nicked them to replace the ones that were nicked from their van.
  17. It will be something such as this inside. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZTsqt2zKz-8
  18. Threads drift all the time and I found this drift interesting due to my working experiance with hydraulics and electronics so before it drifts back can I ask what sort of high temperature did you experiance for the systems to fail due to heat. Yes, there is a whole world of difference in various oils and the rubber compounds used in seals which is why for oil I had Mobil oil on speed dial along with a sealing specialist who had something like 20 different compounds for seals. Remember one headache being caused by milk eating through rubber.
  19. Plastice pipe has been developed to cope with the pressures involved and it most likely comes on a roll and there would be less joints compared to copper (?). Plus it might be easier to ease round any bend.
  20. Why is this, can lessons not be learned and used on smaller boats.
  21. If so then problems can be overcome. To be clear Im talking new builds not retro fits.
  22. Staying on the subject of upper and lower controls and interlocks then a mechanical/ electrical safety specialist would be a good start. They wouldnt need to know anything about water, tides or wind, finding such a person is a different matter. Explain the problem to a F1 racing engineer and you might get a fly by wire system.
  23. Even Sky news quoted the report in full and did an accurate report on the incident so I tend to agree with Vaughans first paragraph above.
  24. Because the fuel pumps pushes rather than sucks I am thinking fuel is unable to run back past the pump.
