  1. Put a match to it Brian and you won't need to worry about selling them.
  2. Wow! Certainly a trip to remember. Glad you all are safely back on the Broads. Col
  3. Sorry to hear that Andy. Bloody boats, always somthing.
  4. Well done guy's It is a dream of mine to go up the Thames into London on my own boat. Mr Green is getting to me again. Good luck tomorrow, don't forget to post lots of pictures. Ian, don't buz the Thames flood barrier to fast.
  5. Looks like you are all having great fun. Very envious. Keep it coming
  6. After a lot of patience the saloon seating on HJII has at last now been completed, It has been reupholstered in magnolia Connolly leather as used on Aston Martin & Rolls Royce. Here are some pictures of the completed project.
  7. Glad you are all having a great time. The last time I had a bowl of muscles like that was in the Royal Yacht Clubhouse in Ostend, they are certainly making my mouth water.
  8. For a day boat I would recommend a dual purpose battery, these are satisfactory for both engine cranking and light duty domestics. I think Norfolk Marine are doing a good deal at the moment, from memory 110ah batteries from £67.00.
  9. What a great and useful app, just downloaded it myself.
  10. Great tale Chris, keep it coming. Sounds like you are having as much luck with your boat as we are at the moment. It's amazing though, how you can always seem to improvise to get by. When we first bought HJII we had the same thing happened with the gearbox, it dumped all the oil, since refilling and clean up 3 years ago it hasn't lost a drip since, very strange.
  11. Looks like you had a great time Brian, Ah! the river Ant, missing it already.
  12. Hi Jonathon Providing all goes to plan we will follow you out.
  13. Hi Salty Bottoms Can anyone tell me the bridge lift times for this Sunday and telephone number for the Bascule Bridge/Harbour control please. Subject to weather conditions I may be going out for a play in a friends Bayliner fitted with two 7.4 litre Mercruisers,
  14. Not being academic myself, I would put the boat in the water and using a pencil draw a line around the waterline.
  15. Yes, I'm afraid the word boat is a licence to print money.
  16. Add us to the list please Julz Col, Lou, Jay & Connor.
  17. When are you installing the Air Con Brian
  18. Looks great Andy, I bet you are so pleased with the outcome. I must say Brian does do a great job. Maybe he will get on with our seating now. Can't wait to see it in the flesh.
  19. Fantastic shots Simon. What camera are you using? They are seriously sharp pictures.
