Just to bump this up as it's the Newark Boat Jumble this Sunday(8th)

We will be there if the weather permits which actually looks to improve

slightly for Sunday!

Only £4 to get in. Go on, you can afford it 

Not a big do by any stretch of the imagination but it is an excuse to

get out and meet people/members.

My shopping list has grown a bit

Newark not traditionally the best of Jumbles but will be there Sunday en route to Norfolk. Maybe see you there if I knew what you all looked like .......shall we all wear carnations ?

I'm hoping to take a trip down to the Newark boat jumble.  It's not a patch on what it used to be in years gone by.

 

There's nowt I'm after but as has been said - excuse for a few hours out.

Right then,

 

I'll be there in t morning arriving at around 1000 along with MrsG, Bro' and his MrsG. I will have Macie dog with me so if you see a group of four, one with a well behaved Golden Retriever it will be us!

You learn something new every day! Didn't know there was a Boat Jumble associations. Will mention to the Museum of the Broads as they may want to add their one in May. Thanks for posting.

We arrived, we saw, we left.

 

It was pants - same as last year

 

It'll be pants next year no doubt too!

 

I think we kinda got spoiled before the financial crash arrived.

 

Still it was a run out better than vegging in front of B'fast tv

 

Carlton towers to look forward to, - Much better imho
