Flush pull ring/handle wanted for Bounty 37 engine cover

Hi I am a newly registered member.

I have "Guinness" (formerly Dunworkin) a Bounty 37. Does anyone have or know where I can acquire one of these pull rings to fit/lift engine

cover please?

Goodness I did not expect such a response

& so quick!

What a friendly bunch you are.

I have attached a photo of the part ( or I think I have!)

This is on the gas cover & a bit grotty.

I am looking for 2, the other pulls open the engine

cover but was missing when I bought the boat.

There are some lovely shiny ones available on line

& at various chandlers but all the wrong shape.

The originals are counter sunk & fit exact.

Welcome to the forum from Tan & myself.

 

You should be able to pick up a similar ring pull handle in brass from any good hardware company.

 

If Brian Ward's do stock them then you can take advantage of the forum members 10% discount, if you go into Ward's just mention to Tanya or Nick that you are a NBN forum member. On line you put in a code. (when I have posted this reply I will check out the code and edit this message).
