Guinness
Hi all, Goodness I did not expect such a response & so quick! What a friendly bunch you are. Thank you so much. I have attached a photo of the part ( or I think I have!) This is on the gas cover & a bit grotty. I am looking for 2, the other pulls open the engine cover but was missing when I bought the boat. There are some lovely shiny ones available on line & at various chandlers but all the wrong shape. The originals are counter sunk & fit exact. Thanks again for your help!!
ranworthbreeze
Hello Guinness, Welcome to the forum from Tan & myself. You should be able to pick up a similar ring pull handle in brass from any good hardware company. If Brian Ward's do stock them then you can take advantage of the forum members 10% discount, if you go into Ward's just mention to Tanya or Nick that you are a NBN forum member. On line you put in a code. (when I have posted this reply I will check out the code and edit this message). Regards Alan The code is "NBN"
DaveRolaves
If you go onto the ASAP marine website and enter lifting ring into the search box you will see what they have to offer - there is a good choice. Dave R.......
