In the next few weeks up here and across the globe my dialect will be heard at Burns Suppers. Can we please separate the TWO main styles of scooter namely my model the 4mph that dismantles into four parts and the 8mph model which can be used on the road IF it passes all the relevant rules and regulations. My model is purely an aid to getting out and about, and is NOT for road use. It does have a headlight of sorts and a peep of a horn. Thanks for that Alan. With the legal limit only 50mgs up here, 0%beers are selling well, with the range expanding all the time. Looks like the Norfolk polis are in need of funds! However, the law is the law, sometimes, when it suits them! With the amount of water about just now, SCOOT is only seeing Sainsbury's and Alldi, even that has been curtailed.
