Ahh, that's where you're wrong Alan, I would hire a gardener with one of those sit on mowers and a six pack  You know the advert where a girl shakes up a can of coke and throws it to the gardener where upon he opens the can, it sprays out all over his shirt and he has to take his shirt off, very silly advert of course

I can't see why not, as a riparian owner they would have ownership of the river bed to the centre line.

I think I could tear myself away to cruise the Adriatic for a couple of summers. That particular boat is for sale in San Diego, so maybe I would spend a few months going out to Catalina and up the West Coast first.
