Boat Moving Company Needed

I have a 3 ton boat 26' x 10' i need moving from a field near beccles to loddon

I used GMR to bring it here and he charged me £350 to move it from the other side of cambridge to beccles, he has since retired......

the cheapest i have found to move it from beccles to loddon it £480 

I have tried Abbott transport, MRA transport, wavetrade,

All the trailer boys can't move it as they can only move 2.75ton. so i think it'll have to be hi-abed as 3 ton is pretty heavy

Don`t know if Chillout solutions have a Hi-ab but they move boats.

They do indeed, seen them at Woods. There's Boat Shift as well but will not be a budget solution I suspect. But they are specialists in lifting and moving boats and fully insured. That's what you pay for. 

Just looking again, if it's in a field that might be more of a problem. The above usually rely on a lift out at a boat yard. Probably a hi ab might be the only way assuming it can get in the field and the ground's not too soft!

not sure if chillout have a small enough lorry as you can't get a bigggg lorry onto the site where my boat is.

Abbey have a tractor unit with hiab and a boat cradle trailer that goes behind.

It's very manoeuvreable and we'll suited to your 27footer

managed to get hold of kingsley farrington, and no they don't do boat transport anymore and recommended chillout, but they don't have a hi-ab so still looking please

if they towed a flatbed trailer to you could be done easily
