Norfolk Boat Jumble

Hi

For future reference is the Norfolk Boat Jumble usually as small as it was this weekend or was it hit by Covid. I was really disappointed after shelling out a fiver entrance to only find about 20 or 30 stalls, I was expecting loads of stalls along with some proper retailers. Just want to know if its worth trying another Jumble or to give them a miss

I always found it either full of expensive new stuff or even more expensive tat.

Example £10 dearer for bulkhead lights than in the shop!

Thats when we stopped going.

Always found the one at the Museum at Stalham very good with lots of local sellers. Hopefully it will return next year

That web based auction site has killed a lot of trade off.

Was a lot smaller this year, compared with normal. prices are always negotiable

By far the best used to be Beaulieu. However I think that got axed for some reason. Can't think why! When it was in the centre of the UK yachting World.

Thanks Alan, however 10cm = 4" I need 6" (Steady) and as per the TLC thread now got a 6" jobby on order.
