Good morning peeps,

havn,t been able to update this blog lately as i ve been living on the boat over the last 3 weeks, working and playing, have been out and about though,

We visited  a not much mentioned Pub , Coldham Hall Brundel. The pub has changed slightly this year with the introduction of a £10 pounds menu so we thought we would give it a try, boat visits to the pub was very quiet, but when we went for our meal the restaurant was packed , The food was top notch with great service ,good pub grub of ham egg and chips ,i had the Haddock very fresh fish very well cooked, all in all good value and great food!! In a lovely setting.....Bob stayed still too long and turned green!! :naughty:

Hellow everyone.......the blogs back!! just had our first weekend out on the boat in 2014!, just shows how the wind affected  our boating habits.

Any way here we go then, saturday , we spent most of the day getting the boats ready and waiting for the tide.....trouble was the tide didn,t happen!! we still made it out of our mariner but both boats churned up the mud and promptly blocked all four weed filters up, so it was throw the anchor out and clean them out! yuk.

After we got going we came on this poor holiday maker who had also been caught out by the "non tide"

we did stop and made sure he was ok......he wanted Bob to try to tow him off ,but he was high and dry so no chance.More soon it,s the quiz in a moment!!
